I would like to thank your store for NOT taking care of my daughter today. She was on her way home from school when her light engine came on. With wonderful customer service from our local Elkton store, i immediately told her to find an advance store. Upon arriving at your location , she said she instantly felt unwelcoming. The employee came out to do the check engine diagnosis followed by an "I do not know what the report means and instructed her to google it! " If this is how you would treat your daughter (and female passenger) on the road two hours from home , then shame on you. I am VERY disappointed and furious of the service received today. Feedback: Figure out what the diagnosis meant and gave guidance.
